Cancellation Policy

At Jarrod McKenzie Fishing, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please review our cancellation policy below:

Standard Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations Made More Than 48 Hours Before the Trip:
    No cancellation fees apply. We appreciate as much notice as possible so we can accommodate other guests.

  • Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before the Trip:
    A cancellation fee of 50% of the trip cost may apply unless the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergencies.

  • No-Shows:
    If you do not show up for your scheduled trip and fail to notify us, the full trip cost will be charged.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

Your safety is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather, Captain Jarrod will decide whether it is safe to proceed with the trip. If a trip is canceled due to weather, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

To cancel or reschedule your trip, please contact Captain Jarrod as soon as possible:

Late Arrivals:

If you’re running late, please notify Captain Jarrod immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate, the trip duration may need to be adjusted depending on the delay.
